Being a small business owner it can be challenging to take a step back, reflect, and ask yourself what you like and don’t like about the way you run your business. This workshop is your place to do just that. 

Your business should serve and support YOU (not just your clients)

It’s your opportunity to make sure your business is serving you, your goals outside of business, and you are staying on track with why you started your business in the first place. We set a high-level goal (aka your north star goal) so you have guidance for the rest of the year. 

We also look at the high-level operations of your business to examine what’s working and not working in your business. Don’t keep running your business the same way if that way is no longer serving you.

This workshop and workbook are meant to help in setting your goals for the new year but also beyond. It’s meant to be revisited again and again when you feel like you need a reset in your business goals and operations.
